Magmatism

Unique thrown and altered vessel.

This piece reflects an interest in how contrasting surfaces can sit together within a single form. The smooth, fluid blues meet a rough, volcanic texture, creating a dialogue between calm and eruption, glaze and earth. By stacking these elements in a balanced silhouette, I wanted to suggest how natural forces—pressure, heat, cooling—shape matter over time. The work becomes a small study of geological tension, held in place just long enough to be observed.
